At Tim O'Connor Photography we have chosen to use PayPal's industry leading payment gateway to process all of our credit card transactions in our online store. In order to ensure this goal of ours, we offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it, along with a copy of your receipt, for replacement, exchange, or refund.
PLEASE SEE RETURN POLICY BELOW. We do require that your item be returned within 21 days from the date of its original shipment, and that it be returned in its original condition.

As stated in our guarantee, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it, along with a copy of your receipt, for replacement, exchange, or refund. When returning any items to us, please mention the reason for the return and make sure to specify if you want a replacement, exchange or refund. ALL REFUNDS will be issued to the account which was used for the original purchase.
To receive your replacement, exchange or refund,
YOUR PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED CONDITION. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REPLACEMENTS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS RETURNED TO US AS DAMAGED.

PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL BOXES, TUBES AND PACKING MATERIAL AS THE CARRIER WILL NEED TO EXAMINE THESE TO PROCESS THE CLAIM AND RETURN THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO US. Once the claim has been processed by the carrier we will replace and ship your merchandise to you free of charge.

Domestic Shipments:
Poster orders ship within 1-2 days. Fine Art Prints ship within 3-4 weeks. We make every attempt to ship your items promptly, often the same day for poster orders and within 2 weeks for Fine Art Print orders. We will notify you via email as soon as your order ships.
UPS is our primary carrier for ground shipments, but for your convenience we also offer 2-3 day service via USPS Priority Mail, and 1-2 day service via USPS Express Mail. If you prefer other shipping options from UPS or FedEx please contact us by phone (402-504-4728), fax (402-884-3169) or email (

International Shipments:
International "POSTER" shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 day service) at a flat rate of $25.00 per shipment.
International "FINE ART PRINT" shipments are also sent via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 day service) at a flat rate of $40.00 per shipment.
